- Engineering graduate in CS / IT / EEE / ECE (or) Postgraduate in Computer Science.
- Experience of around 8 to 12 years in IT domain with relevant experience of 4+ years as a tech pre-sales/Solution Architect for cloud-based product offerings (or) Equivalent experience in technical consulting / technical support / systems engineering for networking / server / storage
- / software /security products.
- Hands on experience in designing architecture for the relevant products (for example, networking, software).
- Responsible for understanding the technical IT requirements of prospective partners /end customers in detail, for design of appropriate cloud-based solution.
- Be responsible for presenting / selling the solution to customers, including providing technical clarifications, completion of POC, product demonstrations, BOM and cost estimates preparation.
- Provide technical support and training to channel partners, sales, and product teams, including inputs and support for post-sales migration and implementation activities
